Refund and cancellation policy

Deal Clarity on five live deals is free for fourteen days, by request, and needs no card. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.

Starter, Professional and Growth billed monthly continue each month, and we send a reminder with a payment link before each billing date. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be invoiced again. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. Payments for the current billing period are not refunded.

Yearly plans and the Team plan are invoiced once a year. You can cancel at any time before the next yearly invoice, and your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. Payments for the current year are not refunded.

You can move up or down at any time. Upgrades take effect straight away, and we invoice only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.

Email thearia@infiniterise.in from the email address on your account. We confirm every cancellation in writing within two working days.

If you are charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, tell us within thirty days and we will refund the charge in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.

REAP, the Sales Performance Management Programme and Fractional CRO engagements are agreed individually. Cancellation and refund terms for these are set out in each written agreement.

Prices are in US dollars, per seller. Indian companies are invoiced in rupees, plus 18% GST.
