Who is responsible
infiniteRISE Coaching & Engagement operates TheAria.ai and is responsible for your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, role and billing details.
- Deal content: what you enter about your deals, such as buyer company, buyer names and roles, notes and documents.
- What ARIA produces for you: the briefs, drafts, value cases and other work it prepares.
- Usage information: pages and features you use, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, used to keep the service secure and working well. This includes when you sign in and your acceptance of our terms.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or through the website.
What we do not collect
We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which keeps that information under its own security standards. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Why we use it
- to run ARIA for you and prepare the work you ask for
- to set up your account, send invoices and confirm payments
- to support you, and to tell you about changes to the service
- to keep ARIA secure and prevent misuse
- to understand which features help, so we can improve them
We use your deal content only to serve your account. We do not use it to serve other customers. We do not use your deal information to train AI models.
Buyer information you enter
When you enter details about people at your buyers, you confirm you have a lawful reason to use them, such as a business relationship or publicly available professional information. We process that information only on your instructions, to prepare your work.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with carefully chosen providers who help us run ARIA, under contracts that protect it:
- secure cloud hosting and storage (Cloudflare, Supabase)
- AI processing providers, which analyse your content to prepare outputs and are not permitted to use it to train their public models (Anthropic)
- Razorpay, for payments
- email and messaging services, for invoices and support (Resend for ARIA’s emails, Zoho Books for invoices)
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Some of our providers may store or process data outside India, including in Japan and the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to the standard set out in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and deal content while your account is active. After your account closes, we keep it only as long as security, legal or record keeping needs. We keep invoices and billing records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your deal content at any time by writing to thearia@infiniterise.in.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct or complete it
- delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law
- stop sending you updates you no longer want
Email thearia@infiniterise.in from the address on your account. We reply within seven working days. If your company gave you access, some requests about your company’s business information may be handled together with your company.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site secure, and simple analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and we review our providers’ security. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We will show the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and email account owners about any material change.
